Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you love your OiOi bag.  However if, for any reason, it doesn't meet your expectations, you can return an unused product in the condition and packaging in which it was received within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

PROMOTIONAL OR SALE ITEMS - please choose carefully as we do not accept returns on Sale or Promotional purchases. 

Please follow the procedure set out below.

  1. Please email sales@oioibaby.co.uk to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and Return Address.
  2. Please take your parcel to your nearest post office and obtain a proof of postage.
  3. We will e-mail to confirm your package has been received.
  4. Please allow 14 working days after we receive your package for your refund or exchange to be processed.
  5. We will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods excluding postage.
  6. Please note that we can only refund the card on which the original transaction was made.
  7. Please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
  8. Note -  Under normal circumstances your order will be despatched within two days of receiving payment, unless we need to contact you for further information. 

    Please advise us when you purchase if there are any special conditions for leaving the parcel, if you are not going to be available to receive the delivery, or have an alternative instructions for the courier. After two attempted deliveries the goods will be returned to our warehouse. If you wish to have the goods redelivered, there will be an additional postage charge. If you would like to cancel the order and request a refund, refund will be excluding original postage paid.


If you receive the incorrect product, please notify us immediately for exchange at our cost. Please return in its original packaging, along with the receipt.


Faulty Goods:

Here at OiOi®, we stand by our products and take great pride in the quality of each and every item we produce. This is why we warrant all of our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If your goods are faulty, please follow the procedure set out below:

  1. Please email us at sales@oioibaby.co.uk attaching a photograph or photographs of the fault.
  2. Please also include in your email a brief description of the fault as found; your proof of purchase; and the production batch number which can be found on a black label inside the bag and is entitled “Order #”.

OiOi will gladly replace or exchange any products, at our expense, should the goods be found to suffer from a manufacturing defect.

In some cases OiOi might be able to furnish you with a replacement part or accessory in order to restore your bag to full use.


Natural Pigmentation

Our beautiful bags have been made from the best quality leathers from around the world. As leather is a natural material, inconsistency of colour and texture is normal and should not be considered a fault. Our leather is designed to fade and soften with time. Light colours are prone to absorbing other dye stuffs they come into contact with, so please take care when wearing light coloured items of clothing with your bag. Light coloured leathers can be prone to absorbing dark coloured clothing materials eg Denim. Avoid contact with water including rain and snow.



In order to process your order, we will require your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card details and a contact telephone number. We keep a record of this information and we will also keep records of any e-mails you send to us.

We do this to operate and improve the service we offer you. We may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our website. We will never pass on this information to a third party for marketing purposes.

If you would rather not receive this information, please send an e-mail or write to us with your details.

Credit Card Security

Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent, Realex Payments. We are confident that any credit or debit card information entered onto our website is secure and cannot be accessed by any unauthorised person or company.



All pre-order items are processed and paid in full.
Items are sent after the arrival date stated.
Customers will be notified on payment receipt.
